Creating a Digital Backpack




1. Please create a new page.
  • Title it: Your first name, Last name initial and Digital Backpack13 (Ex. Tori B Digital Backpack13)
Click on "Use a Template" and select "Digital Backpack Organizer""
  • Save
  • Edit and add a widget (It looks like a TV with blue screen) to your Digital Backpack page
  • List of wiki pages
  • Put in 100 pages
  • Tag it to your user name plus 13 ex. ec02bps13
  • Also tag it cd for Cook and ld for Lowery
  • save
  • Check to make sure it is now listed under the correct title below, Cook Backpacks or Lowery Backpacks.

2. In your digital backpack please create a new page for the following classes:
  • Reader's Workshop (NAME IT: first name, last name initial, ex. Mrs. Cook's Reader's Workshop13. TAGS: 1. first name, last initial 2. DRN)
  • On your Reader's Workshop Page :
  1. Please create a new page.
  • Title it: Your first name, Last name initial and Books Read13 (Ex. Tori B Books Read13)
  • Click on "Use a Template" and select "Books Read""
  • Save
2. Please create a new page.
  • Title it: Your first name, Last name initial andBooks to read (Ex. Tori B Books to Read13)
  • Click on "Use a Template" and select "Books to Read""
  • Save
  • Writer's Workshop (NAME IT: first name, last name initial, ex. Mrs. Cook's Writer's Workshop13. TAGS: 1. first name, last initial 2. DWN)

SUCCESSFUL LEARNER'S PAGE DIRECTIONS:
  1. Take a photo of your “I am Smart” graph and upload it to your Successful Learners page in your Digital Backpack.
